from geo cfw directly to kmeaw's cfw

i have a problem with my ps3 i can't get to the recovery mode , because
my power button is broken .

- am stuck on geo cfw as i need to go to recovery to reinstall ofw
so is it possible to go directly to kmeaw from geo cfw without risk bricking my
ps3 ?

- and if there is a way to modify the officiel firmwire 3.55 to be reinstalled
without recovery .

i need a way to change just the name of the ofw to the ps3 to accept it ?
all the patched cfw are accepted but not the ofw
i can go directly to kmeaw from geo cfw but i risk bricking my only ps3

i went straight from waninkoko cfw ro kmeaw from xmb so id say go ahead,i had no issues at all,make sure its names updat.pup and not updat.cfw.pup

even the fact that every cfw tuto say that it's very importent to not to go directly from cfw to cfw
realy weird !!
i have a fat one so as iv heard they are so vulnerable to brick
am very confused
