Generic PS3 controller L1/L2 and R1/R2 flipped –

This company that makes generic controllers for pretty much every system also makes usb PS3 controllers. Well the company TTX Tech seems to have no contact info or even a website. The first TTX tech controller I got had the L1/L2 R1/R2 buttons flipped, thought it was defective, took it back for another same thing. All other buttons work as they should. (I prefer cheaper ones than the much more expensive sony ones cause i go through a lot of controllers and the PC usb controllers work but aren't designed like dual shock.)
so if anyone knows of their website or email anything, I'm just wondering if the store I got it from has a bad batch or why they purposely flip those buttons, just to be jerks? I dont see why wiring it correctly would cost anymore money.
