    Are here anyone who has succeed to play some or all games below

    * F1 2010 ("crash" in start when interviewing)
    * NFS Shift (all buttons works but pedals don't)
    * GT5 Prologue (ordered original game, coming in few days)

    with some of these Fanatec's wheels below

    * Porsche 911 GT3 RS Wheel
    * Porsche 911 GT3 RS Wheel V2
    * Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel

    If answer is "YES", what was your method (how to)?

    I have try different ways to load games, pad, wheel etc. + changed system date to older & tried compability mode from wheel but no success.

    I have Slim & GT3 RS Wheel V2, PSBreak 1.0 (not upgradable), BM V1.0 & internal hd.

    I'm answering to myself ..

    Changed PSBreak 1.0 to Minimus 32.

    Updated with
    Hermes_V3+Patch_Waninkoko+2_Fix_Update_Math+Fix_Up date_Hermes-by_ps3ita

    I don' if it was necessary but I did the following things:

    1. extracted to external hd
    2. copied from external to internal with OM v1.16 & patched mode
    3. runned with patched mode (without patched mode there is "controller issue)

    No disk required & updated also NFS Shift to v1.03

    Now everything works!

    I have purchased all these games ( I was 2 fast) but it's so much smoother/quickier run from HD

    thanks for the answer.

    i think the same issue is with the DRIVING FORCE PRO, logitech wheel.

    when using need for speed shift, the wheel is not detected and only the control pad button options come up.

    I will try the patched mode to try and get game to detect the wheel as there must be some usb check that happens that is messing with the wheel detection for the actual game.

    if anyone has alternative/updated fixes, please let me know and reply!

    I have a g25, you should try ferrari challenge even though it has no clutch the h shifter works plus the game is like 3 gigs and feels like gt5p. Also need for speed carbon and pro street works with h shifter and clutch and undercover the h shifter works. Those ones and also the games u mention, shift, f1, and gt5p are fully compatable with clutch and shifter except f1 i never played that. Dirt and Dirt2 do not support h shifter.

    ok, i got home and tried the patched mode

    steering works great.

    HOWEVER, THERE IS A HUGE GRAPHICAL BUG!

    When racing on the tracks in-game, the SKY or HORIZON GRAPHICS ARE MISSING!

    THEY ARE JUST COMPLETELY BLACK.

    this game works almost 100% but i can't believe there is this graphical error.

    i may just have to buy this one........ sigh....

    Delete game data and get the game to install the data while using patch mode in your manager, fixes the sky problem you're having. NFS Shift works perfect on my DFGT with no graphical glitches.

    IT WORKED!

    reporting back and yes, deleting all game data and doing a complete fresh install corrected the GRAPHICS BUG.

    launching the game in Patched mode, gets the wheel recognized.

    As long as the wheel is plugged in, any port doesn't matter, and plugged in after the game is loaded in the backup manager, but not launched yet.
