    Hi, folks, sure hope i can get this sorted, downloaded files, 45 gig , tried to unrar to my external ps3 hdd, which is fat 32, gets so far, then states file is too big , only ntfs can handle this, so how on earth can i play these off my external?

    in short: you can't. however there are some tricks. if the big files have extension .psarc, you might have luck unpacking them on external and playing from it. downside is, it will take more space and loading will be slower. search forum a bit, its been discussed a lot.     but I don't like that option, if big files take 90% of game.


    I'd split them (using specific size and extension) and copy to internal (multiman will join parts while copying). that would probably be best option if you got enough space.
