error code 80010017 - please help!

ok so im trying to install a 4.31 spoofer to play fifa online but whenever i open the spoofer app i get this error, and then i realized just about every app that isnt multiman does the same thing. Im thinking its a spoof i got a while ago that i never erased. Can anyone please help?

What firmware are you on? Did you recently change it?

im currently on 4.31 rogero CFW which i thought would be good enough for the spoof, but seemingly it wasnt
