E3 NOR Flasher Board Connection Loose
E3 NOR Flasher Board Connection Loose –
I have a minor problem, that I am sure I can fix with just a tiny bit of solder.
My E3 NOR flasher stays on the HDD board quite snug tight, so after removing the flasher from the board, the small black block with 2x4 holes came loose, the plastic came off, but a few connections came off too. I saw the solder got loose.
Luckily, I thought to myself, there weren't any broken connections as the connections that loosened off were just loosened solder.
Unluckily for me though, my solder gun broke so I need to get a new one in 7 hours.
So I was wondering, will it be alright if I just went and gone to get a new solder gun and solder back the connections?
As shown in the photo, the two connections were away from the board, but of the four, two were still attached. Meaning that I can still push the black block down to make a snug tight fit.
Also to note, the other side has 3 that are loose and 1 still stuck on the board.
So as I said before, I would be soldering it just by dripping tiny drops of molten solder onto it, and would hope that would work!
Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
Does no one know whether it will be alright??
Im not 100% sure but i guess it's allright
