the demos seem to download extremely slow for me here on campus. i was wondering if its possible to download them using my PC and transfering them to the PS3 like the firmware updates. I know this is doubtful but just hoping. the demo downloads have timed out on me twice now trying from the PS3.

Good news on the side if anyone saw my other post about my ps3 locking up...i called sony and they traded me for a new one and it works great!!!

No you have to download them thru the PC for now, try using a shorter ethernet cable that fixed it for me.

yea..umm..the size of cable shouldnt matter at all :P

anyways.. you cant download them on pc and transfer to ps3

and the playstation store servers are extremely slow for most people. Just going to have to live with it until sony decides give us better speeds.

Oh yea, and the wireless game adapter offered from Linksys, DOES work PERFECTLY with the 20GB ps3, just need to make sure the SSID is the same on the adapater asthe router.
