Disassembly of a 3rd generation (CECHH) PS3

Hi has anyone disassembled or know of a link to a tutorial on disassembling a 3rd generation (CECHH) PS3? All the tuts I found are for different models so I can get as far as exposing the BR Drive and power supply. At this point my PS3 is different, in the tuts they just unclip the ribbon cable to the BR Drive but mine runs under the power supply. I've loosened all the screws I can see for the power supply but it's not coming out and I can't see why?? Grrrr

Ok I found out you just have to pull it with a bit of force (make sure all the screws are removed) It feels very unpleasant!!

Basically there are a couple of copper prongs which slot into the power supply and are held by friction. pull straight up and they will release.
