Did anyone actually get banned from PSN, because of Jailbreak ?

Hello

I've read a lot about rumors regarding PSN Bans. But I found NOTHING about actual bans of Jailbreak Users.

So my question is, did anyone here personally get banned for using Jailbreak and logging in to PSN ?

(sry for my english I am german)

I did everything that you should not do when you need to login to PSN, and I still can sign in...

Just wanted to know that for sure, because one of my friends said that there were already some people banned from PSN.

I could be wrong here, but I think sony is more interested in leaving things in such a way that you can still give up your jailbreak, update and go back to psn if you want to be able to play the latest games, its better business for them to do that rather then ban people, because theres a chance a game or service may arrive that would make you give up your jailbreak. Whereas if they ban you, you may buy another system, but at that point you'll never give up your 3.41 jailbroken one. Or they may wait until a specific time and ban thousands of consoles at once but I doubt it.

The only bans that Sony gives are to certain user names. What I mean by this is if you act like an ass online i.e. racist, prejudist, harassing, ****head, the new games have a report user function and yes it is a 30 day ban on that username, not the entire console.

There is no reason to be an internet bully on psn.
