dev_blind for 4.21.1 Rebug CFW?

I have tried a number of dev_blind.pkgs, and none of them will install on my 4.21.1.REX CFW by Rebug.
I have even tried ones that were "supposedly" for 4.21 CFWs.
I have also tried resigning the 3.55 pkg to 4.21, but still won't install.
Can anyone help plz?

BTW: I have resigned all my homebrews and games from 3.55 to 4.21, and all of them are working

You know it's built into multiMAN right? I can see it in the settings menu in the TMB or XMB clone mode

When I try to install the coldboot.raf via multiMAN, it just freezes and I have to restart my PS3.
Now, I don't have a coldboot at all!
Also, yes I selected enable dev_flash in settings

Enable dev blind in mm. Go into mm manager.. Make sure your going into the dev blind folder.. I've made the mistake of trying to go through the dev flash before.. That doesn't work.

Come to think of it.. I had the exact problem when I was on rebug 4.21.. It wasn't until I moved to rogero 4.30 that I could write to dev blind.

Yea and the Rebug Coldboot Installer cannot detect the coldboot, even when it is in USB000:coldboot.
It just says there's no coldboot there

Ok, I emailed the Rebug team, and here's my reply by Cyberskunk:

"To start with forget about using dev_blind.
Use the REBUG Toolbox.. It is also a FTP server with writeable dev_flash named dev_rebug"
