Darksiders problem

So I recently upgraded my hdd to a 500 gb but after trying to play Darksiders (I was playing it via JB before I upgraded by hdd) I get this inverted screen when playing. I can move around and everything but the entire screen is black, and only the buildings/plants are visible although the colors are inverted. Btw, I'm playing it using Gaia Manager 2.1, the only problem is mentioned above; it starts alright but when in-game I have the "inverted environment" problem: I can't see monsters, myself, or the ground. I tried starting a new game and the same problem occurs...

My guess is that my game save has something to do with it, but I don't want to delete it until I hear from the experts :)

Probably corrupted files. Tried re-ripping a clean dump?

EDIT: Alright I didn't try that, but I have no idea what I did but when I tried playing it again it works o.O Too bad now I can't beat this guy -__-

Possible solutions:

-restart PS3, then run w/e your backup manager is.
-delete Darksiders system data
-run it without the "Patch" option
