Continue same save file by uninstalling Walking Dead 1-4 and Installing 1-5?

I'm in the middle of the 1-4 repack and noticed a 1-5 repack is out. So am i able to uninstall the current 1-4 pkg, and reinstall the 1-5 pkg and continue my save file? Please confirm if anyone has already attempted this?

I'm on 3.55 kmeaw

If the region/game ID is the same then yes you can
