Cheating on PS2/PS1 games
I want to cheat on the PS2/PS1 games I play on PS3.
I am trying to come up with a method for that. The steps I am going to try are.
1. Save the game on PS3 and drop it on the PC
2. Use the PSV exporter to extract the save from the file.
3. Use an emulator like PCSX2 to cheat
4. Save the game on the emulator
5. Convert it back to PSV
Now step 5 is really the thing. I don't want to bother anyone to convert it everytime I want to cheat on a save. I have the memcard reader but I don't own a PS2 so I can't use it to convert unless there's a method to transfer files to a standard memory card using the PC. I've read there's a Swap Magic trick but I don't own an original disk and I don't think a "backup" of it will load on PS3. But perhaps a PC with PCSX2 + Swap Magic "backup" disk + PS3 USB memory card reader + original memory card could produce the result.
Any suggestions on how to make this process simpler?
