Can you put DLC on ps3?

Im playing borderlands and i want to know if its possible to put download content on the ps3 obviously with ftp. I cant go on psn for obvious reasons. Would the dlc be stored on an external with the game files or on the internal somewhere separate?

Btw that will need Jtag but who knows maybe after I finish typing this a homebrew app just happens to drop by for doing this. You just can't tell what is going to happen next.

certain sources have already made full psn games available. DLC will just be a matter of time. I'm sure it's possible now, just no ones bothered to release any

If you download the game of the year edition it has all 4 dlc pkgs with it.
all you have to do is go to the ps3_game/pkgdir and copy all of the .pkg files to the root of a usb device. then go to the package installer and hit triangle...It won't display any pkg files but if you tell it to install all pkgs then it installs them. I don't know why it wont display them but it worked for me. oh forgot to mention that they are all called install.pkg... I changed them to install1.pkg install2.pkg and so on...this method worked for borderlands game of the year, dead space 2 and dragon age ultimate edition

i have the dragons age ultimate edition. it allows us to install the dlc from the xmb. but in the games menu it says you gotta log in to there servers to play the dlc. how do we play the dlc for the game.
