    Default ???Brick??? – 01-05-2011,04:31 PM
    Hi there. I got a Problem. My PS with 500 gig hdd wont let me in. Everytime I start the XMB fields in game video and so on, excluded the settings, network, and psn wont load. they are loading and loading... I tried to overwrite the fw but it aint helped. Now I dont know how I I had that idea, I installed my old 60... it works

    What could this be???

    You got a corrupted FW. Download Sony 3.55 Update here and place it on X:/PS3/UPDATE folder on a pen drive(USB Drive) and go to the PS3 recovery mode and update from there.

    goto service mode and reinstall the 3.41 modified pup that is used in the downgrade process it is corrupted firmware that is your problem if you reinstall the firmware it should work be warned you may loose everything stored on your hdd

    I never downgrared my machine. Rebuilding the database have helped. I think the hdd is damaged..:'(

    go into recovery mode and re-install retail 3.41FW
