blinking red light

can anyone point me to a thread or help about RLOD
when i power my ps3 then i get blinking red light

Sorry to seem rude, but this isn't the right forum. It's "Development", not "repair your PS3"

Search the other forums, try to frame a better description of your problem other than just "blinking RLOD" such as what you were doing before hand, what firmware, etc... If you need to post because no other threads fit your situation, then post in PS3 General Discussion with a decent headline and good, detailed description.

Is the machine overheated, in the instruction booklet had probably has said. Has dodged has been the machine is too hot, closes down for a half hour later opens again has a look

sounds like a CFW "Brick", has been known to happen w/ OFW, currently no fix but is being worked on
