black ops combat training without psn?

I know for the 360 version, with title update 3 you can do combat training without XBL. I can only assume PS3 version got the same update to allow CT without PSN. Make sure you have the latest update. If that doesn't work, i'm sure someone will post a better answer shortly.

You have to go to split screen to be able to select bots as players in the options, you have the whole screen to use as long as only one controller is connected.

I want to say this started with the 1.04 patch but I'm not completely sure.

Yeah, I have the latest update and if you select split screen local, you can add bots to the game. You can also play without another controller, so it's technically not split screen, more like offline arcade or something like that.

What I really want is bots for Modern Warfare 2. There's a mod out that adds 2 bots to the enemy team, but there's a massive amount of glitching. I hope Modern Warfare 3 has bots just like Black Ops.
