3.60 update and future
3.60 update and future –
so now that 3.60
is anyone looking in to CFW's for it
or will it be most likely when a good amount of 3.60 dependable games come out that CFW's for 3.60 will start being looked at?
it doesn't look good....
so does this means its going to kinda need to be looked at a whole new way

It's theoretically possible to reverse the firmware to the point that it will allow homebrew again, as well as updating and such, but the amount of effort that it requires is pretty substantial. I'm sure someone will come up with something eventually, but while all games (and even PSN) currently work on 3.55, there isn't really a need.
so it wont be for another while

There's a lot going on at the moment. For one, the legal action means most people are staying under the RADAR for a while. I mean, I don't think fail0verflow has made a single public announcement since the court actions took place, but nobody has said they've quit. Furthermore, reversing 3.60 now would be a bit pointless since we wouldn't benefit from it in any way and it'll just give Sony a head's up on what to fix by the next firmware update.
