2TB Compatible External Hard Drives - No Stutter Or Spin Down Issues
2TB Compatible External Hard Drives - No Stutter Or Spin Down Issues –

As per the title, can anyone recommend a 2TB external hard drive with no stutter or spin-down issues?
I could really do with some model numbers as I have read some people have used WD drives fine for example but not others.
Also I've seen there's a problem with internal drives and cutscenes stuttering and you have to be careful which one you buy - Do particular external drives have problems with Stuttering in games like Uncharted 2 aswell?
I have searched the forum but cannot see any clear answers.
Thanks for your help

Could a mod please move this to the jailbreak forum please?
I might get a response there
Thanks and apologies for not posting there in the first instance

no because your problem has nothing to do with jailbreak

He doesnt have a "problem" and he is asking for a recommendation for a external storage media device for storing his backups. seeing as you can't access external storage media for purposes of booting games without a "jailbreak dongle", anywho you should be okay as long as your drive is fat32. cant personally comment on stutter

I solved my problem by making a 100GB Fat32 partition on my 2TB external.
The rest of that space can be used to store your backups on a NTFS partition.
Just move the games that you want to play on the FAT32 partition and delete them when you need more space.
No stuttering on any of my backups.
Anything other 100GB WILL make some games stutter though.
