120 giga ps3s with 3.42 preinstaled?

i found a store selling 120g ps3s but he doesn't know which firmware they have, the ps3 model is CECH-2106a, i know that the 120g ps3s are not in production anymore but i think they stopped manufacturing it very recently, so is there any chance it ll has firmware 3.42 pre-installed?
please help me i live in Dubai and we don't have return policy without questions asked.

I bought a 120gb recently. It was FW. 3.30...

I thought about updating it to FW 3.50 then returning it for LOLs.
