User Interface code for other emulators (VICE, PS2FMSX)

Hello guys, I was thinking about these project and I have realized that it's unprobable that something relevant will come up in the next time.
What about to use some of the major ideas and code for the UI from Ragnarok to extent the functionality of the other, less resource dependent emulators like the VICE port or the good (but still incomplete) PS2FMSX, to give them a beautiful and a complete, more configurable interface?
