SNES Station rom problems/black screens

So I'm able to run SNES Station off of my usb stick and configure everything without any problems. When i try to run any roms though, the screen just juts a bit an then freezes, either into a black screen with wavy lines or a glitched screen of the SNES station menu. I'm trying to run the roms off my usb stick 4gb cruzer using ffgrievers usb version and I have a fat 1.8 fmcb. Can someone help me? I've tried Super Mario World, A Link to the Past, and Street Fighter II. the formats are .sfc and street fighter II is .smc

What version are you using of SNES Station?
