Thanks. I appreciate your support.
I was able to compare the two elfs (mine and yours) and they are identical. So that is not the issue.
So far the only difference is that you are using uLE 4.42a and I am using uLE 4.42b
I am also loading the elf from a USB stick, while the system files of SNES_EMU are on mc0. (same as you). And we both are using Phat PS2s.
The only difference is that we both are using different sizes of MC cards. I have the standard Sony PS2 8 MB mc and you are using a 64 MB mc.
I am going to test this with uLE 4.42a to see if that's the issue. Thanks again. :)
I did my test with uLE 4.42a and still the same issue if the tray is closed on my Phat PS2. So it seems to me that I must have the tray open when I save any settings or game saves. I wonder why this is? And it bugs me that you don't have to do that! :)
Another thing with SNES Station, how to make the ROMS be in alphabetical order?
No problem! Hope you can find out what is wrong. I used an officail Sony 8mb card too before and it was fine. As for the roms to be in alphabetical order I'm not sure? I will try to see.
EDIT: not sure about this maybe the tray probelm has sometyhing to do with uLE possibly? I have disc control set to Off. Just trying to think of any ideas that come to mind...
EDIT2: Roms in order - I made a folder on my usb stick called "SNES" highlighted all of my roms in another folder where I keep them on my PC, clicked the first one in the list and highlighted all of the roms with the shift button and arrow key. Then I clicked and held the first one and dragged all of them into the other folder. Loaded up SNES-Station and they are all in alphabetical order. Hope this helps.
