Need a little help about copying games to 360 hdd via FTP

hey guys i got a little problem about copying games to 360 hdd via FTP
the problem is i copied PES2012 to a folder on /HDD1:/ Games / PES2012 and then i played via XeXmenu 1.1 and its stuck on loading screen
so i am not sure if it need a patch or something .so any tip will be helpful thanks

here is how i backuped my game use IMGBURN to make a backup of game (ISO)

then used iso2extractor to extract files from iso .

then transferred used Flashfxp .

and another question is can i point or redirect the path of the games that i copy to Games folder on hdd to be showed on My Games instead of XeXMenu ?

OK guys i ended up using FSD with CopyDVD Copy .thanks guys anyway .

FSD works just fine- either way is good
