Don't need to test it.
It does for sure allow you to "install games" to your HDD once you get the new update on your BANNED console.
I was sure they were going to fix this anyhow, it was just a side-effect glitch caused by the way the dashboard was handling the "revoke" list.
But your console still signs your "game saves" and "dlc" as "untrusted", so removing the HDD with the update, and placing it in an "unbanned" console, will show the "contents" as "CORRUPTED" and "installed" games will need to be "RE-INSTALLED" if you wish to play them from the HDD on a "unbanned" console.
So sort of a half-way fix, I guess.
well, at anycase, I'm reverting back to a non modified NAND.the USB memory device will be a nice feature.

It is limited to 16gb partition on the usb stick, but still nice. -- I am sure in a few days the XBR guys will have a new XBR version to flash. -- You really need to get a SPI flasher, it makes it faster, maybe I will send you one this week when I mail back w00tman's box.
Thanks, but you don't have to.I don't flash enough to worry about it.
i can confirm it worksim installing games as i type
!!!!!
something's wrong with my xbox. It's not truning on by the standby button, eject, or controller. the system is owever getting power to flash the NAND. Erased my nand for a second time today and I'm reflashing with NANDPro 2.0b. earlier was with 2.0d
RF Board is gone? -- Does the "Ring of Lights" work? -- Does the Sync Button work? -- Silly me, no power, no lights... -- Here is a better question, when you push the "power button" does the fan turn a tiny bit, and does the light on your power-brick go from orange to green, or flash Red?
Most likely, the first one, bad RF board. -- Or incorrectly flashed NAND.
The last part of your post was correct. reflashed it again and got it sorted out.****in xbox. lol
First 16kb contains the soutbridge "bios" or program. If that section of the flash is screwed the box won't power up ...
So erasing and reflashing fixes that sometimes.
