How could I update the source list for updates and software?

Im looking to install the programs build-essential libssl-dev libsqlite3-dev sqlite3 subversion iw.

As well as update the linux headers and install the command service so I can start and stop services.

I thought I would also mention that I just successfully installed apache2.2 but I can't seem to configure it right. I'm looking for how to find the default path of where the index.html file is at.

    Anyway I can do this?

You should burn the large PS2 Live DVD v3 and copy the file /etc/apt/sources.conf to your system. Then you can update from the disc.
    First run:
    apt-get update
