    A 1: Edit /usr/local/bin/win3 and change the XMODE variable to other video mode. On analog tv only "NTSC,nointer" "NTSC,inter" "PAL,nointer" "PAL,inter" will work. On DTV: "DTV,720p" "DTV,480p". There might be other ways, but I haven't tried any of them - search the web for "fluxbox change resolution"
    A 2: I don't know.
    A 3: Firefox will most likely be very slow. However there were installation files on playstation2-linux.com I attached everything from the Firefox page at playstation2-linux.com.

    Edit: Attached files removed and uploaded to 4shared account.

    I'll create a 4shared account and upload them there.

    >>> http://www.4shared.com/dir/yEaTOqgj/..._programs.html
    and
    >>> http://www.4shared.com/file/E3mJ027L/mozilla-ps2-1.html

    I hope you know that it is not possible for any program to be installed on the live dvd directly. The loop file on the dvd has to be first mounted through a SMB or NFS share or from internal HDD, then the program installed and then a new Live DVD has to be compiled. If you have the program binaries, then they can be copied to USB flash drive (for example) and run from it. To the Live DVD only temporary changes can be made and they cannot exceed 32MB (actually it's maybe half that) (- the PS2's RAM).

    Still empty. It will probably take me about 2-3 h to upload the files.

    I know, but i m using writedev kernel parameter, it is using ext3 partition on my
    USB instead of RAMdisk so changes are saved

    About mozilla, is everything i need in these files or i have to download some additional stuff?

    I have never tried installing it, though I think all is there. If there are other missing dependencies, write what they are and I will upload them if I have them. Also you can look for them at:
    deba5er's 4shared - 4shared - My 4shared - shared folder - free file sharing and storage and
    the KernelLoader page - http://kernelloader.cvs.sourceforge.net/kernelloader/ (it is hard to access at times)

    Sorry, I can't help you on this. And I have no time at the moment. Maybe after (if) I finish the bluez "tutorial", I can try to make one for firefox, but as my knowledge on the topic is very little, work goes quite slow.

    For Firefox (as last version built by ppietro), it is uploaded to my 4shared link (a couple posts below).

    Extract in the /home/adent directory:

    cd /home/adent
    tar zxvf firefox-2.0.0.11.en-US.linux-mipsel-gtk1.tar.gz

    To run:
    cd firefox
    ./firefox

    It is so slow that I cannot imagine anyone using it though.
