I created 2 partitions.
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hda1 1 1000 2519968 82 Linux swap
/dev/hda2 5001 10000 25200000 83 Linux
Why where i type "mkswap /dev/hda1" I get "PS2 mkswap error: swap area needs to be at lease 40kb"?
Thanks

There seems to be an integer overflow error. As far as I remember I saw this before. The swap partition is too large. 128 MByte should work and should be enough.
