I can load uLE and kloader.elf fine via ESR_GUI_test2.ELF, the problem is kloader.elf freazes at the above screen I mentioned because of ESR, do I need to set the "Disable ESR after first IOP Reset" option in order to stop it freazing or will it freaze anyway?

I can launch the kloader.elf from mass: without it freazing, the kernal loads fine.
I don't know any ESR configuration that will make it work. ESR need to be disabled at IOP reset any way, but this will not help.
You can start the live DVD from USB mass device. You need to format the first partition on the USB device as FAT. Then you need to copy DISC.BIN, VMLINUX and INITRD to the root directory of the FAT. Then you need to start kernelloader, load default configuration and select VMLINUX as kernel and INITRD as initrd. Then you add the kernel parameter:
Then you can boot this configuration. When it is started, you can follow the linked installation description.
Thanks i'll take a look later this week.
