With the original PS2 Linux you boot to the # root prompt. So run "dselect", and select and install XFree86. It will install X-Windows (and the dependencies) so that once done, you should be able to enter "startx" from the # prompt to run PS2-Linux from the original kit. These extra steps were part of the reason why I released my own distro based upon BlackRhino, because then it installs with X-Windows already installed and configured.
I think it's something to do
with ntsc startx, but I don't know the proper command. Please help!
