Anyone here knows any admin or site manager of www.playstation2-linux.com??

If someone knows any admin of that site maybe we could ask if they still have the site files and database?
If we get the files and the database we could make the site run again in other domain...

(That would be cool but we won't get the files)

PS:I'm not talking about that html copies of the site i'm talking about the original website pages...

evilgeek23 contacted the site operator about a month ago, and she said it would not be posted. Although the site was a community effort, the hosting company (you know who) has full control of content, and I suspect that she really wanted to release it (based upon her last posts on the site) but the company would not let her. Just speculation though. If you want to contact her, contact evilgeek23 (his original post - http://psx-scene.com/forums/f167/com...tml#post827207 (Compiled Packages List WITH links and instructions)) and get her email.

sony sony.... but the content of the website is all open source i think... its a dead end...

maybe she don't want to post the achieve because the have to pay for the host.
But if she can make a rar archive or something and upload to the Internet we could get a server to run it for free...

well , she said that sony isn't interested in posting the archive , so it's a volunteer work for her now , which she doesn't have time for . perhaps we could start a petition ?

It would be awesome to see ps2linux.com again alive. But what about google cashe---does it remember at least web-pages and for how long they are stored in google memory?
I just think--probably someone had copied ps2linux.com before and has it? Maybe we have to publisize "Announcement"---that we are looking for person who has copy of ps2linux.com?
I also like the idea to start petition...We should contact Sarah and ask politely her about archive...

I am going to start a petition soon . Btw , the archive of the site posted here is incomplete .
