    Hi!

Just tried FMCB for the first time and it seems a very cool hack
Although I'm more of a modchip person myself.

I installed FMCB v1.8 on a memory card with:
    - HDLoader 8C
    - uLaunchELF_v4.38
    - SMS Version 2.9 R2
    - ESR beta r9b dvdv direct

I can install it without problems, but when I let the ps2 boot with the card inside I get this menu:
    *Browser*
    *Systemconfiguration*
    *uLaunchELF*
    *HD Loader*
    *Launch disc*
    *Reload configuration*
    *Free MCBoot configurator*

So as you can see SMS and ESR are missing.
I called them SMS.elf and ESR.elf for making the card.
And they are also located in the BOOT folder on the memory card.
I also can execute them via uLaunch.

Never worked with ESR before.. but I only get a black screen with that program. Do I need to patch my games or something? Or do I need to add some extra files?

    Hope someone can help me

    Kind regards,
    conspiracy

launch the fmcb configurator and check there the path's for sms and esr
go to osdsys options > configure item > and there you can check that the path is correct or not. and eventually change it.
yes you need patch image with ESR patcher before burning it on a dvd.

Thank you for the really fast replies !
It seemed that I had SMS.elf and ESR.elf instead of SMS.ELF and ESR.ELF.
    Stupid of me!

    Thanks!
