Scratched used games, ESR or cogswap?
Scratched used games, ESR or cogswap? –

I'm new to using ps2 backups and I just wanted to make sure I do things right so I don't end up with coasters. I've made backups with ImgBurn and the ESR patcher for a couple of these games but I ran into problems with Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal so I wanted to make sure I did the rest of them right and see if I had a game that would work with cogswap if they aren't compatible with ESR. I've been using Verbatim DVD+R.
I'm listing my games to see if I have a game that works for cogswap or have any other ESR incompatible games.
Games I have that I've tested with ESR:
Katamari Damacy
Kingdom Hearts II
Okami
Ratchet & Clank (label side scratch, dumps ok)
Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando
Silent Hill 2
Doesn't work:
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal
(original boots, had to dump from a friend because my copy has label side scratches and loses laser focus when I try)
Untested:
007 Agent Under Fire (used it for the swap install)
Final Fantasy X
Flatout
Half-Life
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
Jak II
Jak 3
Jak-X Combat Racing
Kingdom Hearts
Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories
Lego Racers 2
Metal Gear Solid: The Essentials Collection (includes 2 and 3)
Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3
Radiata Stories
Ratchet Deadlocked
Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
