Scroll down to the bottom of the app list, where you should find "FreeMcBoot Configurator". Open that, then push the X button to proceed to the configuration list. About half-way down the configuration list, there is an option called "FastBoot". Make sure that option is set to "ON" rather than "OFF", and then exit the configurator. Then, when you insert a disc, or start your PS2 with a disc already in the drive, ESR will automatically launch it.
sweet. thanks. and what should i use for burned disks? esr direct?
The FastBoot option will have ESR auto-launch burned discs. I just tested it out to be sure, and it definitely works. As long as FastBoot is set to ON, just make sure the burned disc is sitting in the drive, and ESR will launch it for you.
i just tested it too. im just wondering which esr i should use. i have direct, direct-off and mc
Use direct or GUI version for most games
direct off disables ESR after first reset and may make some games unplayable
MC boots to BOOT.ELF to load something else after reading disk
your best beet is just use GUI it has the ability to do all of them with![]()

Is how all good gaming systems came to bei dont have a gui version???
get it here (ESR - public beta)
