Hello my new favorite psx forum
Good to be back with the old metagamers

So this is my problem : I've made an ISO of GTA SA with Imgburn the iso is perfect : it works with swap magic and on pcsx 2.
I patch it with ESR patcher GUI v0.24a
But when I try to run it with ESR the PS2 have an RSOD ( pls insert a valid PSX or ps2 ....) and ESR say me the same.

This is the only game to do that. I burned 5 backup with the same speed on the same media and all of them worked at the 1st time.

But I know where the problem ( I think ^^ ) : the ESR patcher say me " process succesfully ..." but when I opened the ISO it doesn't look like to be patched :o

So why the patcher won't patch it ???

    - PS2 v7, DVD-R TDK 4.7Gb , 4x (for GTA SA I even tried in 6x or 8X ^^) , ESR 0.9b

    Thx

EDIT : SO I have checked my ISO with ISObuster and there is not any DVDVideo track so i tried with the Java patcher : It 's the same :/

See attributes of the iso file and UNCHECK "Read-Only".

From what i've read(I don't own the game, nor have I ever played it), The PS2 version of the game is DVD5, while the PC and Xbox versions came in both DVD5 and DVD9 versions...

The "read only" box was unchecked.
