Patching Question.

I Have patch a game with ESR and i was using it for a couple of months. and it has few scratches and i want to do backup this game. do i must patch it again? or only copy with nero or something.

Do a simple 1:1 copy of this disk and don't patch it again.
I recommend ImgBurn or Alcohol 120% for this.
