Metal Slug Anthology

I patched the iso with ESR disc patcher GUI v0.24a and then burned it on to a DVD with Nero at 4x. I tried loading it up on ESR and it came up but the screen is moving up and down and flickering. Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

what program did you use to get the ISO?
what is the scph of your console?
what region is the game?

THe SCPH is 30001
I didn't create the ISO myself, but it is called Metal.Slug.Anthology.PAL.MULTI5.PS2DVD-SUSHi

Im wondering if I need to convert to a NTSC
