I really hate being the noob asking for help. I searched just about everywhere and tried all the troubleshooting methods I could think of.

SO basically what I want to do is Boot the HDloader after booting fmcb back up with the ESR GUI so I can have HDloader read my esr patched Back up and create another back up of it.

My main issue is, with the latest ESR GUI. I click Launch App, and nothing happens. I get a infinitely long black screen. I was under the impression it was supposed to load the main fmcb menu back up and from there I can go to my HDloader.

Anyone mind throwing some help my way?

Put patched game in before launching ESR go's black until it detects game after launch. Should fix your problem.

Alternate method is to put game in after black screen and wait a bit for spin up

@ Inerd, you seem to be confused a little bit.
You have a few things backwards.

You CAN NOT, install a backed up game, through HDL.

You need to install it with WINHIIP, Unpatched / Patched version of the game .ISO, both will play on HDL.

Now to play a patched back up of you game, all you need to do is put it in your PS2, restart it, with your FMCB MC, in Slot 1 or 2, and it should Auto load.

Or you can start up your PS2, let it load to the FMCB screen, and then put in your Patched back game, and ESR should auto load it as well.

If you have any more questions just ask. You can send me a PM, or talk on messenger.

Sorry DJ but you can install to HD with patched game

    as followed

    ESR with patched game

go to Launch APP in uLE File brows to MC then find HDloader launch loader
then then when HDloader load go to install then install will recognize game
    Thanks to ESR.

But do not Launch game reset and reload HDloader it freezes if ESR is active

Maybe it's because my console is chipped, but I've installed my ESR patched games directly to HDLoader. No having to go through ESR first, just opening HDL.
