Game "Freezing up" on one frame

I installed FreeMCBoot on my MC and it worked nicely.. everything installed properly. i tried to launch my backup game using ESR and the color screens popps up. one screen is there for like 10seconds then it switches color. when it gets to intro video i dont see anything but one frame. the sound is like going over and over on the one frame. after few seconds it changes the frame and so on... anyone knows what is problem? (however its a downloaded copy. the copy is NTSC and my console is PAL maybe that is problem)

If i use Cogswap i wont even get to intro video....

Does your television support the NTSC video signal?
Does your console have a modchip?
Which version of ESR are you using? I hope that it was the latest version available.
What game was that? There is a small handful of games that can't be run with ESR.

And it's probably quite normal that cogswap won't work, as the disc type that ESR deals with is DVD video, instead of Playstation 2 DVD disc.

Ok Problem solved. tried to reburn with better quality DVD. its ok now but thanks for help

however i get massive texture problems ingame... frist level was ok but then all remaining have texture problems ... not that i dont see them... but they just completly disapear... i cant see them, i cant step on them...

Your 'better quality disc(s)' probably still isn't/aren't good enough, or you have another problem which produces this crazy results on your side...

Have you ever tried loading the game from another device than disc?

Huh... i still didnt found all the possibilities of MCboot and HDloader... if its possible to launch it from USB or from somewhere else tell me... i instaled my MCboot just today

Edit: May the games be in ISO or they need to be changed some way?

If you got HDLoader, then it seems you installed the older Nooby-Installpackage.
The new package is labeled as 2011-Version and includes OPL 0.8.

This depends entirely on the device you want to start your games from.

internal HDD:

--> A proprietary format (introduced by 'HDL'), but still based on Sony's APA-Partitioning-Sheme. RAW-Partitions splitted into 128MB-Chunks.

There are alot ways to install to it:
a. from drive (with HDL)
b. from PC through LAN (with OPL's integrated HDL-Dump-Server)
c. from PC through direct connection (with a Win32-Tool called 'WinHIIP')

external USB-HDD/Device

--> A proprietary format (introduced by 'USB-Advance'). ISO-Files get splitted into 1GB-Chunks/Parts and are listed in a 'ul.cfg'-file. All files are in the USB's root.

--> ISOs are supported up to the FAT32-Filesize-Limit/4GiB.

Warning! Files on USB need to be 100% fragment-free.

LAN/OS-Share/NAS

--> Both, the splitt-format and complete ISOs are supported.

I actualy used a youtube tutorial it was using some program im not sure about name. it was executables to be used with CMD. ul_install and ul_format. it was to install the game from CD on USB.. im doing it at the moment.. if it wont work ill try your way thanks
