ESR Updating help!

Ok guys I have ESR beta r9 and want to install ESR beta r9a.

How do I update my ESR beta because I don't remember how to update to the newer version.

How do I do exactly that. I'm sorry for not being clear I forgot how or where to put it in the memory card area please explain a little. sorry for the misunderstanding.
