ESR and Swap Magic

Hello.
Is it possible to patch iso of Swap Magic with ESR disc patcher and launch it via freemcb?

Possible patch every PS2 DVD disc with UDF table but... I don't see any reason for launching SM via ESR. If you want use cheat engine in SM3.8, you should throw this idea - Code Breaker is far way better.
