splash screens are usually to show a copyright so if he wanted to copryright the program he can show it is

@oliviera datel got away with not putting it on there disc because if u look you will see that it isnt endorsed by sony.

Maybe you should do what fansubbers used to do before they became well known, by putting a message on the splash screen: "If you paid for this, you got ripped off."

Nah, it would only put more text than needed, IMHO the splash screen its perfect as it is right now, maybe a little different font, but not necessary at all

Umm, if I was going to sell this program I wouldn't care about the flash screen, I'd just sell it with it.

Theres nothing wrong with someone expressing an opinion, but when the person persists on pushing the issue, its no longer "just an opinion" its becomes a complaint, and we dont need to hear about it continuously.

Still, I like the PS2 logo and when modchips were the only decent boot choice I would avoid chips like Crystal just because it cuts the PS2 logo.

And I like very much the PS2 splash screen (PlayStation®2) and I also don't like that some modechips just cut it. I do not have a modchip so I like ffgriever more than PS2 Logo

And would let him to DO what he wants with his program which is gread. I would be happy if there is just PS2 splash screen instead the current colours... but and now I'm happy with ESR.

I like see'ing that PlayStation 2 logo as well, its a comfort for people to know the disc is loading and works, when we dont see it, we get concerned somethings wrong....and usually is.

Having the logo doesnt do anything for the application itself {other than mask the loading} but people in general like to see it for knowledge somethings happening in a positive way.

How many of you have seen a blackscreen and didnt give it enough time to load whatever app, and "assume' it didnt work? Many, seen that with Free McBoot the very first time ! It would be cool to see a logo with ffgrievers credit and the version, even if its for 4 seconds.
