    I also think that it is a very usefull thing.
    But i don't know if that is a thing for Free McBoot because ESR launchs DVDV but the video resolution is reset by ESR or not? Resolution is reseted before or after ESR is launched? In that case it can be implemented to the free mc boot launcher.

    @ ffgriever: I thing you could add to your ESR 480/720 and 60Hz capabilities.

    HDTV's greatest problem is that it is not compatible with HDLoader. So I think you also could add 480/720 and 60Hz capabilities for HDLoader.

    I am demanding too much, isn't it?
    I imagine ffgriever wants to remain focused on getting ESR compatibility as high as possible before adding non-essential features.
    This is a topic that is best directed at asmodean as he already has a program that patches certain games for VGA.

    Thansk a lot for releasing your work, ffgriever.

    Do you have any idea if it will be possible to play PS1 games in the future using ESR ? I guess no, because it wasn't possible on HDLoader, but I can still ask.

    I don't understand how I have to use this...... I made my FBMC and put the ESR elf(renamed BOOT.ELF) in the BOOT directory using ULE from cd, copying the BOOT.ELF of ESR from the usb stick. Nothing is working. Am i missing something? FBMC automatically boot the first executable named BOOT.ELF right?!?! Do i have to use RUNME.ELF?

    Do as i say, Run FMCB 1.4b, it will create a mc0:/BOOT, take LaunchELF or whatever app as BOOT.ELF (there is no need to embed) and put in this folder. There is a file named FREEMCB.CNF in mc0:/SYS-CONF copy to your pendrive and edit with this lines.
    Code:
    CNF_version = 1
    LK_Cross_E1 = mc0:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF
    AutoBoot_Disc = 1
    Debug_Screen = 0
    Save this file and copy back to mc0:/SYS-CONF

    Restart the PS2 and keep the 'X' button in the controller pressed to boot LaunchELF.

    I'm guessing that your ps2 keeps booting straight to the browser right? well if thats the case there should be a folder on the mc called sys-conf. and in there is a freemcb.cnf file. use a text editor on that to edit your settings. For now it would be better to set it up to boot ule and then use that to launch esr

    Ok now I'm able to launch ULE but when I launch ESR the screen remain white. The disc spin 1-2 seconds and then stop. I patched Dragon quest 8 PAL using memento on vista. Do you think I have to try another game??? Maybe memento patcher on vista doesn't work???

    Are you using r7b? It seems to be having problems with only showing a white screen. If you're using r7a, try a different game.
