Attached win32 version of ESR Disc Patcher GUI application as well as bootsector's original cmdline version with precompiled by him win32 and gnu-linux 32/64bit binaries (by katanaja, the application is very simple, so it should work quite well on many systems, but there is a source code for you to recompile if anything goes wrong).
The ESR Disc Patcher GUI v0.1 looks very shabby, but should work just fine (anyone willing to donate set of icons and some background image for it?). No readme, but the usage is very simple.
Either use the only button, File->Patch command or just drag and drop the files you want to patch. Didn't test it, but the application is so simple, that it should work fine. GUI code was compiled with VS.Net 2005, but it's not based on mfc, so it should be quite easy to port it for other compilers.
Well, I do have two unmodded consoles (the rest is modded with modbo760, one with CC2). I also own two small networks, where I use slackware linux distribution for every single task I need (with quite a lot of custom tools written, along with my own network management system - c++ with php/html frontend). Though I use windows mostly (I'm a windows programmer after all, it's hard to earn money writing apps for linux... there is always better and free application around ;) ). Anyway, I believe it counts after all, right?Quote:

So now there is a question... why the heck did I work on ESR? Well, I don't know to be true. I had an idea, so I coded it. It worked fine, so I thought I might as well publish it.
PS. yoshi... are you using test?
And we are very very very grateful to you for making such a great tool i use
ESR on the daily basis to boot my backup games some of my games are still in the box too..:D and with your app everything is better now the game i use to use to swap is back in his rightful box thanks to you :D
A method that is not necessary game patched, only you need see a dvdv with ESR and then do swap with a backup unpatched and playing.
