Hello, I just got my FMCB on my memory card with ESR to play my backup games, Anyways heres what i did and my problem, I am using DVD - Decrypter to make an iso of my game I am using 007 Night Fire and WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010, I made the ISO file and saved them to my Folder on my Desktop...I then used ESR disc patcher GUI v0.24a on them to patch them, Then i used ImgBurn To Write Image To Disc, I am using Maxell DVD -R
8X /4.7GB / 2hrs, And i am setting the Write speed to x4 because thats 50% of 8x I think thats what that means, Anyways After its done I boot up my PS2 Slim and go to ESR and it says " Status: PS2DVD in DRIVE" So then i click Launch CDVD, And the screen changes colors and it starts to load, for 007 it starts to load fast like normal untill after it gets to the main menu and u press start it says loading and never gets any further then that it crashes, FOR wwe 2010 it loads fast also i can set the match up and select my chars, but when i click start match it just sits there and loads forever then just crashes...Any one got any idea Thank you guys for any help

Maxell is not considered a high quality DVD brand, and many users have reported problems using their discs. I suggest you try again using a known high quality brand and disc type, such as "Verbatim 16X AZO DVD-R" or similar. These are what I use for ESR discs, and they have never failed me yet...

That is a good idea, but to be honest with you, I have let IMGBurn (dvddecrypter) burn my games on (AUTO) and use Verbitrim DVD-/+ R's and have only had one or two not work..

Also, are you sure your rips of the games are good? Try a re-rip, and go from there.

Ok i have changed my DVD-R to Sony x16 4.7gb no stores around me had any Verbitrim DVD-R ( IS SONY GOOD ) I am using Imageburn on 8x and burned wwe 2010 again but now it wont even boot it loads fast in the ESR says there is a PS2DVD in the drive i click it and goes to a black screen and dont move, But if i use the First copy i made with the Maxell DVD -R works it loads up fast only problem is i cant have the entrances on or it will crash, but if i load the game with that and swap it with the Sony DVD-R it works 100% i dont understand why it wont start up tho....Weird any Ideas thanks
