In the main release thread of ESR you should find all you need, including the "ESR Disc Patcher" I mentioned. There is even an ESR patcher for Java, to make it platform independent, though I never used that one myself.
The one I use is available as: "ESR disc patcher GUI v0.24a.rar"
And you use it by simply launching the program so that it opens a very small application window. Then you take the already ripped ISO file and drag-drop this with the mouse onto that application window of the patcher, which then gives you a message about patching success (assuming you had a valid ISO). That ISO file is then ready for burning.
As for the ripping of the disc to an ISO you can patch, "DVD decrypter" or ImgBurn are the preferred tools.
I'm not sure how well all this stuff works on Win7 though, since I never used that OS myself. But hopefully it works the same way as on WinXP, which is what I use.
