A section for PS3 media, Specifically for those who keep asking if ( insert media type here ) will run on the PS3. Additionally setting up developer sections in the same framework.

Just a thought.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but you can take a look at this thread: PS3 Forums need a complete revamp (PS3 forums need a complete revamp) and try and frame it in context with what's been outlined there.

It will likely get more notice, since the mods have input in that thread, as well.
