Why can't people that have 30 30 reqiurement PM new people for FMCB intall

I have seen like at least 3 people that can not use the free installers for FMCB because can not contact PM wise even to contact new person

Wondering if this is fixable

they should be able to post and receive visitor messages until they reach the 30 30.

I know it sucks, but what you gonna do, what I did was, I made a thread in the off-topic section to let people know what I wanted. That's just what I did
