It used to be slow, but at least it was readable. Then you guys took it offline for maintenance for a few days, and it was great for about 2 weeks. Then the announcement that it was sold to some bigger company, and ever since then, this board crashes in the browser constantly. doesn't matter what browser, or platform. Windows, IE, Firefox, Mac, Safari, etc. I can't get into any of the sub forums without multiple crashes.

    It's unreadable now.

Nothing wrong with the forum mate, I've never suffered a single crash on here - prior or subsequent to the site maintenance/sale. Everything works good as gold on my end.

Same as for me - no crashes. Try on a different computer if you can.

it used to be slow for a while, but after the maintenance downtime it's been breezy.

There should not be any issues at all. We've tested in all browsers etc and haven't had any crashes or slowdown from our end. Let us know if you continue to have the issues.

I constantly get "The connection was Reset" issues when going from subforum to subforum, and thread to thread, on two different computers (One running Windows 7 64bit, and running OSX86 - one running Windows 7 32bit), in two different locations (Home, Work) using 4 different browsers (Firefox 3.6.14, IE8, Safari, Chrome), on two different ISP's (Verizon FIOS, Earthlink Business T1).

Also - the same happens on my AT&T iPhone 3G in Safari.

It's like one out of every 3 clicks results in a "The Connection was Reset" error. I could understand if it was one computer, or one specific broswer. But it's EVERYHWERE.

    Underball,

The server we're currently on is running well well below tolerances.

That being said, let me ask you something. Are you running any kind of pre-fetch or web accellerator software? There's stuff out there that reads ahead of your, and gets the next pages before you even click them. This is meant to keep you surfing experience moving quickly, because this information i pre-loaded.

I mention this because we have a server appliance that sits in front of all of our servers. If it sees too many simultanous connections from the same ip address, it will actually block that ip address from reaching our servers for the next minute. That would attest for the errors you are seeing, and the screenshots you posted above.
