what happen to sending a private message please help

somehow it won't let me send messages please help this the error message i get .
# Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
# If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

You now need 30 posts and 30 days in order to send private messages. This is a new rule in effect to combat spammers.
